BLACKPINK held a sizzling encore concert, ‘BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK],’ at Stade De France in Paris, France on the 15th. With this, BLACKPINK became the first female K-pop artist to enter a European stadium.
This concert was planned on a scale more than twice as large as the previous concert held at Accor Arena in Paris last December. With just one show, BLACKPINK attracted an audience of 55,000 people, showcasing their unique presence and influence in the global music market.
Taking the stage with cheers, BLACKPINK opened with “Pink Venom,” instantly igniting the energy. They delivered a diverse setlist, including mega-hit songs such as “How You Like That,” “Pretty Savage,” and “Whistle,” as well as solo stages highlighting each member’s charm.
The extravagant stage production befitting a large stadium, rich band sound, and the overwhelming performances of the members created the perfect synergy, providing thrilling excitement at every moment.
An enjoyable dance challenge event where fans could fully immerse themselves in the music of BLACKPINK was also held. Fans covered the point choreography perfectly and sang along, creating a festival-like atmosphere. At the end of the performance, a fantastic fireworks display adorned the night sky of Paris, leaving a profound afterglow.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is currently conducting their largest-scale world tour, ‘BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK],’ which is expected to attract approximately 1.5 million fans. Starting in August, they will continue their tour in New Jersey, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and other cities in the United States.
