BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and actor Ahn Bo-hyun admitted to dating rumours ; drawn significant attention from netizens in Japan and China

On the 3rd, both agencies which manages BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun respectively, YG Entertainment and FN Entertainment responded to dating rumours, “They are getting to know each other with good feelings. We would be grateful if you would watch over them with warm attention.”
BLACKPINK recently sold out their Tokyo Dome concert, gathering 110,000 spectators, and Ahn Bo-hyun has been gaining global popularity as he recruited local fan club members in Japan. Therefore, the response of local netizens to their relationship is also enthusiastic.
Japanese netizens have left positive comments such as “They look good together,” “They confirmed their relationship even though they did not disclose their position regarding the recent dating rumors; it’s cool,” “They are a beautiful couple,” and “I hope they’ll be happy.”
As for China, the response is no less remarkable. Chinese media quoted Korean reports and stated, “BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and Ahn Bo-hyun are in a romantic relationship. Another star couple has been born.”
Chinese netizens also expressed their positive thoughts, saying, “I never expected Jisoo and Ahn Bo-hyun to be dating,” “Jisoo looked good with Jung Hae-in, but an unexpected couple was born,” “They look quite good together,” “Congratulations on Jisoo and Ahn Bo-hyun’s love,” and “I wonder how Ahn Bo-hyun and Jisoo met.”
It’s worth noting that there is a seven-year age gap between Jisoo, born in 1995, and Ahn Bo-hyun, born in 1988.
Ahn Bo-hyun made his debut as a model in 2007 and transitioned to acting in 2014 with KBS 2TV drama “Golden Cross.” He has appeared in various dramas such as “Descendants of the Sun,” “Itaewon Class,” “Kairos,” “My Name,” “Military Prosecutor Doberman,” and “Please Don’t Date Him,” which concluded last month.
Jisoo debuted as a member of BLACKPINK in 2016 and is currently conducting a large-scale world tour with an audience of 1.5 million. She also made her acting debut in 2021 through the drama “Snowdrop.”
