Im Young Woong donates 200 million won for disaster victims under his fandom name (Youngwoong sidae, Age of Heroes)

Top singer Im Young Woong has donated 200 million won in funds for flood relief under the name of his fandom, Youngwoong sidae, Age of Heroes.
On the 17th, the Love Fruit Social Welfare Joint Fundraising Association announced that Im Young Woong, along with his agency Fisherman Music, donated 100 million won each, totaling 200 million won. The funds will be used for the recovery of areas affected by the heavy rain, providing relief supplies, and supporting housing.
Im Young Woong stated, “I want to offer comfort to those who have been affected by the recent heavy rain. I hope this donation will contribute to their speedy recovery.”
Since 2021, Im Young Woong has been donating funds to the Love Fruit organization under his fandom name, Youngwoong sidae, Age of Heroes, on his birthday. He also donated 200 million won last month on his birthday.
In addition, he donated 100 million won to help the victims of major wildfires in Uljin, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and Samcheok-si, Gangwon-do, in March last year. In December of the same year, he donated 200 million won as a gesture of gratitude for the love and support he received from his fans throughout the year. Including this recent donation, Im Young Woong and his agency Fisherman Music have donated a total of 1.2 billion won to the Love Fruit organization.
Previously, singer-producer Psy, actress Han Hyo-joo, comedian Park Na-rae, actors Kim Woo-bin and Shin Min-ah, actress Lee Hye-young, and singer Lee Chan-won also made generous donations for flood relief efforts.
