TREASURE unveils new album ‘Reboot’ and global fan interaction on Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show

On the broadcast of KBS CoolFM’s ‘Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show’ on the 4th (Friday), TREASURE introduced their new album and had a chat on the ‘Please Ask’ segment.

During the show, DJ Park Myung Soo mentioned that ten people had a video call with him, but not all of them liked him. He heard that there were a few fans who particularly liked his song ‘Naengmyeon,’ and TREASURE members pointed out Yoon Jaehyuk. Park Jihoon also added, “I performed ‘Naengmyeon’ on stage. On ‘SBS Inkigayo.’ I’m a big fan.”

Leader Choi Hyunsuk introduced TREASURE’s second full-length album ‘REBOOT,’ saying, “It includes ten songs that all members have worked hard on for ten months. Many members participated in writing and composing the songs. Especially for the new members, it must be like a special gift comeback for the fans.”

Regarding the title track ‘BONA BONA,’ Jihoon explained, “It’s a song that showcases Treasure’s unique intense performance, reminiscent of a marching band.”

Park Myung Soo then mentioned that he heard that TREASURE brings in a considerable amount of profit for YG, asking if it was an exaggeration to say that TREASURE feeds YG. Jihoon humorously replied, “It feels like TREASURE contributed about three windows on the 9th floor of YG’s new building,” but later changed it to “maybe about three windows on the 9th floor,” bringing laughter to the conversation.

Choi Hyunsuk emphasized that the members are working hard, and their efforts would not be betrayed. The radio show ‘Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show’ airs on KBS CoolFM from 11 AM to 12 PM daily, and listeners can also tune in through the ‘KBS Radio Kong’ PC and smartphone application.
