Yoon Eun-hye showcased her skilled hands by making homemade yanggaeng (sweet rice cake) and gotgam jam (dried persimmon jam).

On February 17th, a video titled ‘vlog. I am on holiday…’ was posted on the channel ‘Yoon Eun-hye‘s EUNHYELOGIN.’

In the video, Yoon Eun-hye said, “I gathered my colleagues from work and prepared yanggaeng and gotgam jam with sincerity to give to people around us.”

Yoon Eun-hye expressed, “Although it was physically demanding to make them myself, it felt good to be able to convey my feelings while spending time with my colleagues from work.”

Additionally, Yoon Eun-hye revealed the process of making red bean, milk, and green tea yanggaeng. She mentioned, “About 45 pieces come out in one mold,” and shared her goal of making 600 pieces.

She added a touch of elegance by applying gold leaf to the hardened yanggaeng. She said, “I made sure to prepare everything meticulously from decorating to packaging so that the recipients could feel my sincerity.”

After finishing packaging the yanggaeng and gotgam jam, she remarked, “I feel that the true essence of a gift lies not in its size but in the heartfelt gesture it contains. It was a warm and happy time for me to be able to give gifts filled with my heart.”

On that day, she made a total of 600 pieces of yanggaeng and 40 bottles of gotgam jam from 15kg of dried persimmons.
