CGV to exclusively screen Kang Daniel’s first world tour concert live film, ‘Kang Daniel: My Parade’

CGV announced on the 11th that they will exclusively release the live film of singer Kang Daniel‘s first world tour concert, ‘Kang Daniel: My Parade.’

‘Kang Daniel: My Parade’ is a live film of Kang Daniel’s first world tour, ‘FIRST PARADE,’ which took place successfully in over 20 cities around the world, including Seoul, Bangkok, London, and New York, starting from Seoul in August last year. The film captures the energetic atmosphere of the performances and Kang Daniel’s intense performances from various angles. It also includes interview footage of Kang Daniel’s thoughts and efforts on music, as well as his natural daily life during the overseas tour, creating a special and cherished time for fans.

‘Kang Daniel: My Parade’ will be exclusively released on August 30th at CGV Yongsan I’Park Mall, Yeonsu Station, Goyang Baekseok, Seomyeon Sangsang Madang, Gwangju Geumnamro, and 19 other theaters nationwide. It is also scheduled to be released in over 40 countries worldwide, including the United States, Germany, and Argentina.

To commemorate the release of ‘Kang Daniel: My Parade,’ CGV will hold an event. Fans who watch the film during the first week of release and verify their tickets will receive an A3 poster on a first-come-first-served basis. In addition, until August 13th, an event will be held where fans can leave their expectations with essential hashtags (#KangDaniel #MyParade #August30thRelease #CGVAnticipating) on SNS, and they will have a chance to win exclusive tickets for ‘Kang Daniel: My Parade.’ Details about the film reservation and A3 poster event can be found on the CGV mobile app and website, while information about the SNS anticipation event will be available on CGV FanSupport Twitter. Various other special events are also prepared to bring diverse enjoyment.

CGV has previously produced and distributed performance content such as ‘Band Stand,’ which started in February last year, as well as ‘Star Gazer: Astro Scope,’ ‘Ani Singos: Live in London,’ and ‘MAMAMOO: Mycon The Movie.’ In June, they signed a business agreement with Wise Onsen and planned to continuously release various content in theaters, with plans for ongoing content releases following “Kang Daniel: My Parade.”
