G.O.D’s Kim Tae Woo apologizes for using a private ambulance: “I admit my fault and deeply reflect on my actions”

G.O.D member Kim Tae Woo has personally addressed the issue of using a private ambulance.

On the 16th, through his agency IOK Company, Kim Tae Woo stated, “I am deeply sorry for causing concerns and disappointment to many people due to this incident. I fully admit my mistake without any excuses, and I am reflecting deeply.”

He further added, “I will make sure that this does not happen again. Once again, I sincerely apologize with my head bowed.”

IOK Company also stated, “During the investigation process, Kim Tae Woo acknowledged his mistake and cooperated sincerely. He sincerely regrets and deeply reflects on this incident. We also deeply apologize to everyone who was concerned due to this incident. We will put even more effort into carefully managing our artists to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.”

Kim Tae Woo was revealed to have used a private ambulance from Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province to an event venue in Seongdong-gu, Seoul in March 2018. This came to light when the fact that the ambulance driver at the time, referred to as Mr. A, was indicted for violations of the Medical Service Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license).
