Singer and actor A (44) was booked on charges of refusing a breathalyzer test.

On the 7th, Yonhap News quoted the Suseo Police Station as saying that Mr. A changed course on the Nambu Ring Road in Ilwon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul at around 3:30 a.m. (KST) on December 29 last year and crashed into a vehicle ahead, causing an accident.

It is known that Mr. A refused three requests for a breathalyzer test from the police who were dispatched to the scene.

Afterwards, the police voluntarily accompanied Mr. A to Suseo Police Station and sent him home after investigation. The police plan to call him again soon to investigate the details of the accident.

Meanwhile, Mr. A was booked on suspicion of drunk driving in July 2011 and his license was revoked.
