The movie “Comment Army” has taken over the theaters

The movie “Comment Army” has taken over the theaters.

As of the morning of the 27th, the film “Comment Army” has topped the overall movie reservation rate with a record of 113,430 tickets sold.

This achievement surpasses by far the concurrent release, “Godzilla vs. Kong: New Empire,” adding further significance. As a result, attention is drawn to whether “Comment Army” will be able to continue the success of Korean films, following the footsteps of “Fabricated City.”

“Comment Army” garnered attention from prospective audiences due to the flood of praise following media coverage. Not only the performances of the actors but also the acclaim for the well-made crime drama crafted by director Ahn Guk-jin heightened curiosity about the film.

The movie tells the story of a whistleblower who emerges after writing an article about a large corporation, claiming to have manipulated online public opinion against the honest journalist, Im Sang-jin (played by Son Suk-ku). Currently, the film is being screened in theaters.
