VVUP’s Hyunny and Kim will be participating as ceremonial first pitch and first pitch batter in a professional baseball game.

VVUP’s Hyunny and Kim will take part in the ceremonial activities at the 2024 KBO League game between LG Twins and Kia Tigers, which will be held at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul on the 26th of this month at 6:30 p.m (KST).

Invited by the LG Twins, Hyunny and Kim will meet baseball fans for the first time since their debut. Promising a “victory fairy” performance, Hyunny stated, “I will deliver the group’s unique positive energy,” while Kim expressed her wish that “all players have an enjoyable game without any injuries.”

In addition to Hyunny and Kim’s ceremonial roles, they will also perform as a complete group on stage that day. As part of the halftime special performance, VVUP will showcase their debut song ‘Locked On’ on the cheerleading stage.

The group is a multinational 4-member girl group. The ‘VV’ in VVUP stands for ‘W’ in WIN, symbolizing continuous ascent towards success. They made their official debut in the music industry with their first single album “Locked On” released on the 1st of the month, marking their debut with a hip charm and outstanding live performance that caught the attention of K-POP fans both domestically and internationally.
