On the SBS PowerFM radio show ‘Cultwo Show’ broadcasted on the 15th, Kwak Beom, Sandara Park, and BamBam shared advice while introducing listener stories on the segment “Don’t Do That!”
When DJ Kim Tae-kyun asked, “BamBam, were you neighbors with Hwasa?” BamBam replied, “That’s right. We lived next door for about 4 and a half years. We were on the same floor, and there were only two generations on that floor, and she lived across from me,” and added, “That house was really nice. When we went in, both of us did well.”
Special DJ Kwak Beom then said, “But I heard that Hwasa saved BamBam once.” BamBam replied, “That’s right. In that house, when you went out to the veranda and closed the door, you couldn’t open it from the outside at all. But it was Chuseok, I think. I received some pine mushrooms and was happily grilling them alone on the veranda. After eating them all, when I tried to go inside, the door wouldn’t open. I wanted to call 119, but I had never called them before, so I was scared. And my manager hyung was off for Chuseok.”
“However, one of my dancers overlapped with Hwasa. So I called that dancer and asked him to tell Hwasa and save me. That’s when Hwasa came to our house, opened the veranda door, and that was our first meeting,” BamBam said, recounting the past incident.
When Kim Tae-kyun said, “It must have left an impression,” BamBam responded, “But after that, we grew more distant,” and laughed. When Kim Tae-kyun asked, “Did Hwasa come without any weapons?” BamBam said, “It was our day off, so I wasn’t in great shape either. But Hwasa was dressed neatly.”
Later, when Kim Tae-kyun asked, “Did she grill some mushrooms for you?” BamBam explained, “No. I had already eaten them all by myself before that, so only the gas range was left.”
‘Cultwo Show’ airs on SBS PowerFM every day from 2 PM to 4 PM (KST) and can also be listened to through the ‘SBS Gorilla’ PC and smartphone application.
