BLACKPINK‘s Jennie has reportedly purchased a luxury villa in Hannam-dong for 5 billion won in cash.

On the 14th, BizKorea reported that Jennie purchased the luxury villa “L’atlas Hannam” located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, for 5 billion won in cash back in July.

It is said that Jennie purchased the entire basement floor of L’atlas Hannam in cash and completed her move-in registration.

Earlier, in February 2021, Jennie paid a 10% down payment of 500 million won and signed a sales contract. Then, after 2 years and 5 months, in July, she paid the remaining 4.5 billion won.

The property has a total floor area of 244.97 square meters (74 pyeong) and a supply area of 286 square meters (87 pyeong), with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Furthermore, L’atlas Hannam is known for its excellent security and privacy protection, even in the prestigious Hannam-dong area.

L’atlas Hannam is famous for being the villa that singer IU and actor Lee Jong-suk lived in before moving to Nine One Hannam. SHINee‘s Key is also known to reside here.Before moving to this place, Jennie had been renting a house in UN Village.
