ENHYPEN, already two-time winners with ‘Bite Me’… “Thanks to ENGENE’s support”

ENHYPEN has achieved a double crown on music shows with their new song ‘Bite Me.’

On the 2nd, ENHYPEN won first place with the title track ‘Bite Me’ from their mini 4th album ‘DARK BLOOD’ on KBS 2TV’s ‘Music Bank.’ Following their first win on Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ on the 1st, they also reached the top spot on ‘Music Bank.’

ENHYPEN expressed their gratitude, saying, “We are truly thankful. Thanks to our fans, ENGENE, for always supporting us, we were able to achieve first place for two consecutive days. Thank you to ‘Music Bank’ for the award, and we love ENGENE.”

On this day, ENHYPEN showcased a unique and captivating performance of ‘Bite Me’ in all-white outfits. Their choreography, inspired by the concept of being bitten, created a dark fantasy atmosphere that drew in the audience. After securing first place, they held a ceremonial encore stage where they pretended to bite into an apple, sharing the joy of their victory with fans.

‘DARK BLOOD’ achieved record-breaking sales in its first week of release (May 22-28), selling a total of 1,322,516 copies and topping the weekly charts, setting a new record for ENHYPEN’s first-week album sales. Additionally, the album topped the latest weekly album and combined album rankings on Japan’s Oricon chart (as of June 5, based on the period May 22-28), making it their sixth consecutive album to reach first place.

ENHYPEN is scheduled to continue their promotions with the new song by appearing on SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’ on the 4th.
