Im Young-woong dominates Idol Chart with record-breaking votes and Song of the Year

Im Young-woong recorded the highest number of votes with 421,708 votes in the Idol Chart rating ranking for the first week of March from March 1st to 7th.

With this, Im Young-woong has climbed to the top spot for 154 consecutive weeks in the Idol Chart rating ranking.

In the ‘likes,’ which can gauge the actual size of a star’s fandom, Im Young-woong received the highest number of likes with 46,880.

Meanwhile, Im Young-woong’s “Our Blues” was crowned as the song that received the highest royalties last year. In February, the Korea Music Copyright Association held the 10th KOMCA Copyright Awards, the only copyright-related awards ceremony in Korea, which awards the grand prize to lyricists and composers who received the highest royalties in various fields over the past year.

Im Young-woong’s “Our Blues” was awarded the “Song of the Year” for receiving the highest royalties in the streaming field in 2023.
