MAMAMOO’s Hwasa ends her journey with RBW → Rumors of signing with ‘Psy’s agency’ P Nation

There is growing interest in the future direction as the connection between the group MAMAMOO and their agency RBW comes to an end.

On the 27th, RBW officially stated, “We would like to inform you that Hwasa, who has been with our company, recently concluded her exclusive contract. After careful discussions, we have reached a mutual agreement to put a beautiful end to our journey together.”

They added, “We will continue to support MAMAMOO wholeheartedly, whether separately or together, so that they can continue their MAMAMOO activities by the side of MooMoos (Mamamoo’s fandom).”

Furthermore, RBW expressed, “We sincerely thank Hwasa for the significant time she has spent with our company, and we extend our warmest appreciation to her. We ask for your continued support and encouragement for Hwasa as she continues to excel in various fields.”

Amidst this, there were reports that Hwasa will move to the entertainment agency P-Nation.

Regarding this, a representative from P-Nation stated cautiously to Star News, “The contract with Hwasa has not been confirmed; we are currently in the process of verification.”

Meanwhile, Hwasa made her debut as part of MAMAMOO in 2014. MAMAMOO released hit songs such as “Piano Man,” “Um Oh Ah Yeh,” “You’re the Best,” and “Decalcomanie.”

Since 2019, Hwasa has been active as a solo artist. She received much love for her solo songs “Twit” and “Maria.” Currently, she is appearing on the TVN variety show “Dance Singer Nomad,” showcasing her versatile entertainer qualities.
