The head of Dugibus, identified as the origin of the FIFTYFIFTY situation, has been referred to the prosecution.

An Sung-il, the head of Dugibus, accused by ATTKRAT, the agency of FIFTYFIFTY (represented by Jeon Hong-jun), has been referred to the prosecution as the allegations against him have been recognized.

On the 16th, ATTRAKT announced, “Recently, we received a notice from the Seoul Gangnam Police Station stating that ‘The case in which you accused An Sung-il of obstruction of business and destruction of electronic records has been referred (without detention) as the allegations have been recognized.'”

Previously, on June 27 of last year, ATTRAKT filed a complaint with the Gangnam Police Station against An Sung-il, the head of Dugibus, for obstruction of business, destruction of electronic records, and embezzlement.

An official from the agency stated, “The first police investigation came out after 8 months since we filed a complaint against An Sung-il, the head producer of Dugibus,” and added, “We are confident that An Sung-il’s criminal allegations will be further revealed as the case continues to be investigated, including the case filed on July 7 last year for embezzlement, document forgery, and forgery document use.”

Last year, FIFTYFIFTY initiated a legal dispute by applying for an injunction suspending the effect of an exclusive contract against ATTRAKT, alleging opaque settlements among other issues. Although the members filed a lawsuit against ATTRAKT, which claimed that Dugibus and An Sung-il were tampering with evidence. Subsequently, the court ruled in favor of ATTRAKT, and Keena returned to ATTRAKT, giving up the appeal.

Following this, ATTRAKT notified the termination of contracts to other members and filed a lawsuit for damages amounting to 10 billion won. They are also in the process of forming the second generation of FIFTYFIFTY, centered around the returned Keena.
