Zico takes over “The Seasons” microphone.

According to broadcasting officials on the 25th, Zico will be the new MC for KBS 2TV’s “The Seasons,” succeeding Lee Hyori.

“Lee Hyori’s Red Carpet,” which has been airing since January 5th, is a talk show featuring music and stories, and is nearing its end on the 29th. The production team of “The Seasons” has announced plans to continue the show with a new season along with a new MC.

Regarding the new MC, they stated, “The next MC will be someone with as much public attention and musical talent as the previous MCs,” raising expectations.

The new MC, who received much anticipation, was Zico. He is selected as an all-around artist representing the music industry. Following Park Jae-beom, Choi Jung-hoon, AKMU, and Lee Hyori, he will lead the program as the next MC of ‘The Seasons.’ It marks his first solo hosting challenge on a music program.

“The Seasons,” hosted by Zico, is scheduled to air in April.
