SM Entertainment has demonstrated its formidable brand power through the strong performance of its artists on the Melon Monthly Chart announced on the 1st.

SM Entertainment’s artistes have earned SM Entertainment brand power, through their strong performance.

Taeyeon‘s fifth mini-album’s title track, “To. X”, secured the 2nd position, aespa‘s fourth mini-album’s title track, “Drama”, ranked 4th, and EXO‘s winter special album’s track “The First Snow” claimed the 9th position, all entering the top 10 and dominating the chart.

Notably, Taeyeon’s “To. X” and aespa’s “Drama” have maintained their positions in the top 10 on the Melon Weekly Chart for 9 and 11 consecutive weeks, respectively, even two months after their release, solidifying their long-lasting popularity. EXO’s “The First Snow”, released in December 2013, also secured a stable position on the monthly chart, confirming its status as a winter classic.

In addition, RIIZE‘s single “Love 119” secured the 15th position, and previous tracks “Get A Guitar” and “Talk Saxy” ranked 17th and 98th, respectively, showcasing their overwhelming presence on the charts and proving their ‘rising power.’

Other notable entries in the monthly chart include D.O.‘s second mini-album track “Stars Fall (I Do)” at 27th, aespa’s third mini-album’s title track “Spicy” at 34th, Red Velvet‘s third full-length album’s title track “Chill Kill” at 69th, and Taeyeon’s song
“Dream” from the JTBC drama “Welcome to Samdal-ri” OST at 97th.

With such robust music power in 2024, SM Entertainment is set to host “SMTOWN LIVE 2024 SMCU PALACE @TOKYO” at the Tokyo Dome on the 21st and 22nd, proving once again its reputation as the No.1 global performance brand.
