Super Junior renews contract with SM Entertainment; Eunhyuk, Donghae, and Kyuhyun to pursue individual activities separately

Super Junior has renewed their contract with SM Entertainment.

On the 14th, their agency, SM Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as SM), announced that Super Junior has renewed their contract. It was revealed that Eunhyuk, Donghae, and Kyuhyun will pursue individual activities separately.

SM stated, “While supporting Eunhyuk, Donghae, and Kyuhyun’s new endeavors, Super Junior’s activities will continue with SM. We plan to closely communicate and effectively coordinate various group activities, units, and individual activities to create even more synergy.”

Debuting in 2005, Super Junior has been active with the support of SM’s systematic system and deep trust. As K-pop legends, they have firmly established their position and are expected to open a new chapter as Super Junior with renewed contract under full support from SM.

Celebrating their 18th debut anniversary this year, Super Junior has received immense love from global fans with hit songs such as “Sorry Sorry,” “Bonamana,” “Mr. Simple,” and “Devil.” They have also achieved various milestones, including being the first Korean group to hold a solo world tour concert brand, “Super Show,” and the first Asian artist to hold a solo concert in Saudi Arabia.

Furthermore, with their latest full-length album “The Road” released last year, Super Junior became the “First SM 11th album artist,” solidifying their place in the history of K-pop alongside SM. Attention is now focused on the group’s future activities with SM. Super Junior plans to meet their global fans through new music, various performances, and fan meetings within the year.
