The current situation of BTS’s V, who is serving in the military, has been revealed.

On the 27th, reports of V‘s military life were shared online. Writer A mentioned, “To get V’s autograph, the officers only give out 5 post-its if you write your name down. The sergeants only give out 2.”

Furthermore, A added, “But the sergeants don’t just sign them; they make you answer a quiz. The questions are like, ‘What are the names of the BTS members?’ and ‘What are the titles of BTS songs?'”

A continued, “If you get the quiz wrong, the sergeants next to them will link arms and escort you out.”

V applied to the Special Warfare Command (SDT) of the Capital Defense Command and passed the first document screening, second interview, and physical examination. He enlisted at the Nonsan Training Center on December 11th last year, along with RM.

V completed five weeks of military training and was selected as one of the four elite trainees out of 800, alongside RM. Following that, he completed three weeks of advanced training at the Army Academy of Comprehensive Administration. On the 8th, he was assigned to the 2nd Infantry Division in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, serving in the Military Police Unit directly under the command. His expected discharge date is June 10th, 2025.
